About Trans-Artworks

All Trans-artworks are produced through multiple stages of creation and production processes.

The finalized version called the <Master´s-piece> is digitalized for permanent preservation.

E.g. The artworks of Part 1 are subjected to meditational design, original sketch, ink drawing, oil or acrylic painting, detailed coloring, photographing, modifying and digital computing to be finalized as the [Masters-piece], and they are digitally printed and completed for display.

Trans-Artworks are provided in 2 forms

1) Spiritual Edition:

Under direct supervision of artist Shin Se Won, the art works are digitally printed for the purpose of exhibition or personal collection.

Different materials are used for each work, depending on the exhibition purpose and conditions, to enable optimal expression; the nature of the space and its environment is taken into consideration for optimal display production.

The artist shall not be liable for problems arising from storage or preservation after purchase, and as damaged work is unable to portray the original expression of the artist, use is restricted to personal collection.

Sold artworks are officially listed for verification.

2) Trans Patron's Master's-piece:

[Master's-piece] refers to the intellectual property of the finalized artwork, including the Trans-Artist edition copy (the one and only main piece of the final Trans-artwork, created in optimum expression conditions by the Trans-Artist).

The artist transfers the ownership of the acquired artwork to the Trans Patron who has purchased the [Master's-piece], thus the Trans Patron owns full rights to the purchased artwork (its digital source will be provided so that it can be digitally printed as a 'Trans Patron's Edition' for use or sale) - the profit generated from the sales of the Trans Patrons Edition belongs to the Trans Patron as well.

Trans-Patron : One who purchases the Trans-Art

1. An authenticity verification and confirmation methods are provided in detail to all purchasers of Trans Art (including an Spiritual Edition).

Trans Patrons who acquire the [Master's-piece] are provided with a legal certificate and verification card.

2. When an authenticity verification is requested, and after approval from both parties (the requesting party and requested party), the authenticity-confirmation of the Trans-artwork is posted on the website.

Once confirmation is made, the post will be deleted from the website.
